It is our policy to refund or replace any item purchased within 14 days of purchase if the item is incorrect or faulty. The item must be received by us prior to the refund being issued and must not have been damaged or tampered with in any way by the purchaser of such part. If a claim for a refund falls outside this period then any refunds or replacements will be at the discretion of TotallyPlant.com Limited.

In relation to the supply of used parts, whilst TotallyPlant.com Limited take every step to ensure the part being supplied is in full working order, on occasions it may not be possible to test such part, especially where the part is being supplied via the used plant finder where the part will be shipped directly from the supplier to the purchaser, in such cases TotallyPlant.com will accept no liability and any and all liability will be directly placed on the supplier of such part, however TotallyPlant.com Limited will endeavour to ensure that the purchaser of such part is able to recover a refund on any faulty or incorrect parts as long as the return of such part falls within the return policy of TotallyPlant.com Limited. Any other claims will be at the discretion of TotallyPlant.com Limited or its suppliers.
TotallyPlant.com Limited accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, description or condition of items advertised within its website. These terms and conditions are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with English law.
